Process Development and Follow up: Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with the company's policies, process and procedures and are in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Route Plans: Analyze 1st mile and 2nd mile route plans from a strategic perspective to ensure full transparency of cost/benefits relationships. Ensure budgetary requirements are met.
Outbound Network: Own the outbound network and work directly with Sales and Marketing in evaluating customer logistics opportunities and requirements in the field and coordinate improvement strategies to align with overall logistics processes to achieve BU growth objectives/goals.
Procurement Network: Own the inbound network and work directly with Procurement and Fulfillment in evaluating, modeling, and optimizing supplier material stocks and flows.
Transportation: Collaboratively develop and work to manage transportation system and maintain costs and with continuous improvement of the process.
Packaging: Collaboratively work with sales and marketing team to standardize packaging across the unit to maintain brand expectations while effectively protecting the product at expected cost levels.
People Leadership and Development: Work with hub planning and fulfillment managers to ensure appropriate organization, skillsets, and ownership as per organizational values and culture within the hub to effectively manage the distribution and logistics processes.
